Bismillahirahmanirahim,
Ingredients:
1. Cooked rice ( I use basmati; cooked overnight/leftovers)
2. About 10 shallots - thinly sliced
3. A handful of dried chili - cut into smaller pieces ( I use the crooked ones, less spicy)
4. A small bowl of washed and drained anchovies
Method:
1. Heat up your wok with some cooking oil. On a medium heat, saute the chilies until slightly browned, followed by the anchovies, then the shallots...lastly the rice.
2. Season with some anchovies stocks and salt to taste.
Done!!!
