150g cup roasted and chopped walnut
100g cup chocolate chip

2. Mix boiling water with cocoa powder
3. Lightly beat eggs with vanilla extract before adding into the cocoa mix
4. In a mixer, cream butter and sugar and gradually add in the flour
5. Lastly, add in the cocoa mix followed by the chopped walnuts and chocolate chip (*lightly coat walnuts and chocolate chip with flour)
6. Transfer into a cake tin and pop into the oven for 45 minutes or so.
Topping:
1. Heat about 1 cup of Belgium cooking milk chocolate with 1/2 cup of milk. Stir over low fire until chocolate melts.
2. Roast a handful of walnuts and chop to a preferred bite size. I coated my walnuts with maple syrup for that silky shine.
Its going to be scrumptiously moist with that not too sweet yet with every bite, you can taste a little chunk of sweetness of the chocolate chip and the crunchy walnuts!
Good Luck!!!
