Sticky Manggo Rice

Riped yummy Manggo
Roasted white sesame

1 cups glutinous rice (soak for 4 hours ahead)
1/2 cup thick coconut milk + 1/2 water + 1/4 tsp salt <-- ingredient B
2 screw-pine for the aroma

Steps:

1.Steam drained glutinous rice for 15 mins in a steamer. 
2. Add in ingredient B and mix well.
3. Put the cut screw-pine in as well and continue to steam for another 20 mins or until cooked.

For the coconut syrup:
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 water
1 tsp salt
1 screwpine
1 tsp corn flour

Steps:
In a saucepan, mix all except the corn flour over a medium heat. Add in a the corn flour and stir gently until the sauce thickens. If you like it thicker, ad more corn flour.

I like to have this while the glutinous rice is warm..yummy!!
