Moist Walnut Carrot Cake

Bismillahirahmanirahim,




Recipe experimented:

3 cup shredded carrots (i used 2 medium sized carrots)
2 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
1 brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs
1 cup chopped roasted walnuts

Steps:
1. Heat the oven at 175 degree Celsius
2. Prepare the basic cake batter
3. Add in the shredded carrots
4. Add in the chopped walnuts
5. Pour into a cake tin and bake for 45 minutes or so.

 Very simple dimply doo.. tested and tasted, its moist and yummy alright.
