Ingredients:
5-6 yellow yam
Flour
Sugar
Steps:
1. Bring cleaned and skinned yellow yam to boil in a big pot. Make sure the yams are all soften before you turn the fire off.
2. Let them cool to warm before you mash 'em and swift with flour.
3. Once cool, scoop about 3 tablespoon of mashed yam onto your palm and shape it like a boat.
4. Fill the 'boat' with a teaspoon (or so) of sugar. Then seal your kueh so that it turns into that cocoon like shape.
5. Fry until golden brown.
