Roti Jala

Bismillahirahmanirahim,



Ingredients:

The batter
2-3 cups of flour
2-3 cups coconut milk
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
1 egg
salt to taste

Steps:
1. In a big bowl, add in all ingredients ( the flour in increment) and whisk until smooth.
2. Using the dispenser, draw your roti jala on a hot flat pan.
3. It only takes a few minutes to cook. once the batter harden a little (no need to flip and cook ), its done and ready to be folded to your preferred shape.

Roti Jala is best served warm and with creamy chicken curry.
