Semi-Chinese Fried Rice

Bismillahirahmanirahim,


This would be one of my quickest meal to prepare for the kids and they love it. I only needed few ingredients from the kitchen and its all set. You should try it too.

Ingredients:
3 cups of cooked rice (preferably cooked a day before)
4 cloves garlic
1 1/2 cups of mixed vege
2 eggs
1 tbsp sesame oil for the aroma
3 tbsp light soy sauce
Salt
A pinch of chicken stock seasoning


Steps:
1. Make a quick scrambled eggs and set aside.
2. Using a wok, with some drizzle of oil, saute the finely chopped garlic. Make sure it does not burn.
3. Add in your rice, followed by the vegetables. work your wok .
4. Add in the soy sauce and sesame oil.
5. Add in the scrambled eggs.
6. A pinch of salt and chicken stock seasoning to taste.
