Bismillahirahmanirahim,
Back in the 90's , I used to have this for lunch snack for like almost everyday. Not only because it cost just a dollar for a whole palm size cookie, but because its too scrumptious and the perfectly chewy dough could just bring you to cloud nine..
The recipe calls for:
Yields about 10-12 cookies ( 7 cm diameter)
1/2 cup of fine sugar
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup gm melted butter
1 tsp salt (optional)
1 ts vanilla extract
1 egg
1 1/4 cup of flour
1/2 ts baking powder
1 cup Belgian milk choc chip
1 cup chopped walnut
Steps:
1. Heat oven at 180C
2. In a bowl, mix well all ingredients in sequence.
3. Refrigerate for a while before scooping out onto a baking tray.
4. Bake for about 10 mins top! The surface of the cookies should be soft if pressed. Dont worry that are cooked through :)
Have it while its warm...nyuummm...
Note: You might want to space out a little the cookies on the tray as it will melt and enlarge a little sideways.
Have a nice evening!!!
